I have struggled with having my hair dyed and cut before, but coming to the Infirmary was a brilliant choice. Sophie made me feel comfortable and welcome, she constantly checked to see if I was okay when the bleach or dye were on my hair. She kept the conversation light and airy, and made the experience really positive for me. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family, especially if you are someone who feels unsure or awkward at hair appointments.
Had a lovely experience getting my gel nails done - such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere from the moment | arrived. You can tell she really cares about the final result - an absolute perfectionist (in the best way!). If something isn't quite right, she'll start again without hesitation to make sure your nails look flawless. Really pleased with how mine turned out - I'll definitely be back!
